These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Jawad, a marketplace for horse-riding experiences in Egypt. By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
About Jawad
Jawad is a marketplace that connects riders with stables and organizers across Egypt. We help you discover experiences, make bookings, and verify payments. The stable or organizer is responsible for operating the actual ride. Jawad acts as a facilitator and is not the provider of the riding experience itself.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make a booking. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use.
Bookings
When you book an event, we hold your seat(s) for a limited time so you can complete payment. Seats are subject to availability and the event's capacity. Your booking is confirmed only after your payment receipt has been reviewed and verified by our team. If payment is not completed within the hold window, your seat may be released.
Payments
Payments are made via InstaPay. After paying, you upload an image of your payment receipt, which our team verifies before confirming your booking. Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and may vary by rider level. You are responsible for paying the correct amount shown at checkout.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please review it before booking.
Assumption of Risk & Safety
Horse riding carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks and take full responsibility for your participation. You agree to follow all safety instructions given by the stable or organizer and to disclose any health conditions that may affect your ability to ride safely.
Liability & Disclaimer
Jawad is a facilitator and is not responsible for conducting the ride. The stable or organizer is solely responsible for the experience, the horses, and on-site safety. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jawad is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in an event. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by providing false information, attempting to disrupt the platform, infringing others' rights, or using Jawad for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual Property
All content on Jawad, including the brand, logo, text, and design, is owned by Jawad or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the service or these terms from time to time. When we change these terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of Jawad means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
