This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get a refund for a booking made through Jawad. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
How Payment Works
You pay for your booking via InstaPay and upload an image of your receipt. Our team verifies the receipt before confirming your booking. A booking is only “confirmed” once this verification is complete.
Free Cancellation Window
Each event has a free cancellation window set by the organizer (by default, up to 48 hours before the event start time). If you cancel a confirmed booking within this window, you are entitled to a full refund. The exact cancellation deadline is shown on the event and on your booking page.
Non-Refundable Window
Once the free cancellation window has passed, the booking becomes non-refundable. No-shows — where you do not attend the event — are also non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
To cancel a confirmed booking and request a refund, go to My Bookings, open the booking, and use the cancellation option. If you are within the free cancellation window, a refund will be processed.
Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds are returned via InstaPay to the account you paid from. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be processed and to appear in your account.
Events Cancelled by the Organizer
If an event is cancelled by the stable or organizer, you will receive a full refund automatically — no action is required from you.
Rejected or Unverified Payments
If your payment receipt cannot be verified, your booking is cancelled and your held seat is released. In this case no confirmed payment is captured by Jawad. If you believe this happened in error, contact us and we will help.
