- Payment receipts: when you pay via InstaPay, you upload a screenshot or image of your payment receipt so our team can verify it. These images are business records of your transaction.
- Technical information: cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your language preference (see “Cookies” below).

- To process your bookings and verify your payments.
- To send you essential service emails, such as email verification and booking confirmations.

- With the stable or organizer of an event you book, so they can prepare for your ride.
- With trusted service providers who host our database, store uploaded receipt images, and deliver our emails on our behalf.

We protect your information using industry-standard measures: passwords are stored as secure hashes, your session is held in a secure, HTTP-only cookie, and access to personal data is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make a request, contact us at support@jawad.app. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Children
Jawad is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
Changes to This Policy
